Where Wtr.Inspect sits in your plant
Wtr.Inspect runs at the supervisory level beside your HMI. It takes images from the field, exchanges signals with the PLC and sends structured results up to MES, data lakes and WtrDB graphs.
ONE INSPECTION CYCLE
From trigger to verdict
A part sensor tells the PLC a part has arrived, the cameras fire, and Wtr.Inspect returns a verdict in the same cycle. When products change, a barcode or QR code switches the inspection recipe on the fly.
