Wtr Tiny is the first system in our range, built around a single inspection cell. It compares each part with a reference from your CAD, so a new part number needs little or no fresh training. It runs inside Wtr.Inspect and powers the smallest Wtr.Scene twin.
Wtr Mini is at least five times the size of Tiny. It follows parts, robots and people across several stations and handles broader part families, so a whole line can be understood as one connected flow.
Wtr Base steps up from the line to the whole plant, on the same architecture that runs through every tier. It reads people, vehicles, materials and machines across halls and shifts, and links what it sees to a WtrDB knowledge graph of the plant.
Mini sees one line. Base sees the whole plant, including the people, vehicles and materials between the lines, with a knowledge graph that remembers how it all connects.
What it understands
People, PPE and the zones they move through
Forklifts, trolleys, bins and stillages in motion
Every line and machine across every hall
How zones, assets and shifts connect, through the plant graph
What your twin can do
Everything in the Mini tier, across the plant
Track safety for PPE, restricted zones and gangways
Follow material and bins with cameras and RFID
Update MES and ERP from events on the floor
Where it helps
EXPECTED IMPACT · RESULTS VARY BY SITE
PPE compliance
PPE checked on plant cameras, by zone and shift
40 to 60% fewer PPE violations
Gangway blockage
Blocked walkways and fire exits flagged on CCTV
50 to 70% fewer blocked gangways and exits
Returnable bins
Stillages and trolleys followed dock to line
30 to 50% fewer lost bins
Plant walkthroughs
The live plant in a browser or in VR, anywhere
30 to 50% less travel for plant reviews
WHERE IT RUNS
On a GPU server on site, so video stays inside the plant.
WHO IT IS FOR
Plant heads, EHS and safety teams, and operations leaders.
LICENSING
Per plant, with modules added as needs grow.
NEXT IN THE RANGEWtr Plus, the site system, on Explore
Wtr Plus is built for larger sites that bring many cameras, assets and flows together, such as an integrated metals complex, a campus of plants or a logistics park. It connects what happens in one area with what it causes in the next.
Base sees one plant. Plus follows what moves between buildings, yards and gates, and lets you test a change on the twin before you make it on the ground.
What it understands
Vehicles, yards, docks and internal roads
Flows that cross buildings and areas
Large fleets of cameras, LiDAR and thermal sensors
Patterns that repeat from one site to another
What your twin can do
Everything in the Base tier, across the site
Follow vehicles and yards from gate to dock
Simulate layouts, flows and shifts first
Compare sites side by side on one screen
Where it helps
EXPECTED IMPACT · RESULTS VARY BY SITE
Hot zones and crane bays
Safer movement around molten metal and cranes
40 to 60% fewer unsafe entries into hot zones
Gate and dock turnaround
Truck queues, waits and dock use in one view
20 to 30% shorter truck turnaround
Warehouse routes and wasted steps
Deployable in CMMC-scoped environments
10 to 20% less walking per pick
Multi-plant benchmarks
Safety and flow compared fairly across sites
60 to 80% less time on cross-site reports
WHERE IT RUNS
On site or in a private cloud, with edge processing in each area.
WHO IT IS FOR
Leaders of large or multi-site operations in metals, energy, logistics and heavy industry.
LICENSING
Per site, with areas and modules added over time.
NEXT IN THE RANGEWtr Prime, the complex site system, on Explore
Wtr Prime brings physics and chemistry into the system. It is designed for a chemical or process plant, where flows, pressures and reactions matter, and for a busy working port.
